I remember walking home Friday in the beautiful weather as the sun was setting, pleasantly worn out by some fine outdoor volleyball, gloating over the vast weekend laid out before me, and spending the evening in full-bore unwind mode. I told myself I was going to ease off on music-software dinking and start writing again (maybe start the realwoman.us story), and now I haven't done either one and it's Sunday pushing midnight. Foo.

Well, Saturday was highly productive. Started Dee highway driving (Squill west to Bates, Allies, Pocusset, repeat four times), shopped on McKnight, had the best sushi at Sushi Too I've ever had there, went to two parties -- Dee driving all the way, including back home afterwards, so I had one of the Delirium Tremenses that some virtuous person whom I forgot brought.

Today a lot of lolling about in bed in the morning. And Ralph's Cajun soup really hit the spot. So on looking at it, it was a good lazy rainy laundry day, and a good weekend, if not the one I had in mind.
