I'd been kinda strung out and mopey all day, BUT NOT ANY MORE. Kajukenbo blasted right through that. Now I'm all happy and loopy. And then I ate a big crisp Sicilian olive. And I am playing Belly pretty loud.

- slow-motion kicks, including side thrust(?), which I'd missed, but came out okay.
- same kicks full-speed. just to let those leg muscles know we've got their number.
- slow-mo punch/block practice.
- put on sparring pads for free-form strike/block, ε-contact. hard things: to refrain from blocking, to stay slow in a sequence of strikes.
- some stance and stepping.
- more Monkey.
- random pushups etc.
