(no subject)

Wasted the day until ~5pm doing something or nothing. I think it involved a computer.

Fertilized the rhododendrons. I always feel nervous about using soluble fertilizer; hope at least it rains soon.

dr4b was Bemaniing tonight, so I went bowling with mh75+J. First had dinner at Rialto. We talked about RPGing groups and how for everyone to have fun. My pasta with mushrooms+pancetta+leeks was good food.

Lailani was too crowded. Sunset was somewhat less. While we waited, to kill time J bought a scratch-off bingo lottery ticket, $2. It entertained him for minutes, and he won $3. mh75 plowed $2 of this into another ticket. It entertained her for even more minutes, and she won $2. We dropped this on pull-tabs and, just as soon as I figured out how to unravel mine, lost $2 in instants. I would recommend the scratch-off bingo tickets over the pull-tabs, as these things go. But now I know what a pull-tab is.
