I was going to code today, but made mead. I forgot how long it takes if you go the boiling route (because I didn't check the provenance of this honey, not that it really makes much difference), what with all the heating and the cooling. Especially the cooling. I used about ten pounds of blackberry honey for three gallons, and didn't check O.G., but figure it'll be on the light side. Pitched Wyeast "sweet mead" yeast.

Some creature ate my other two sunflowers sprouting.
