spent way too much time skimming a Friday zephyr flamewar about gun control and random other foo.

frotzed around with my music-dsp subscription so I could post again (the majordomo wanted me to send from gs211), and re-sent a recent post. got a couple of replies to the "looking for work in Seattle" line in my .sig, hey.

cooked lentil soup, using some frozen chicken stock; froze half of soup. I like these lentils -- they keep some texture.

spotted the spider photos. best reason to get a digicam: never spot scanned prints again.

made a gazillion handy p4 aliases. converted oedhack to named pipes. works first time, w00t. now I'll have a useful way of debugging hook procedures. (hmm, I wonder also, if I msdev -p hookee_pid, if I can get it to recognize that the hookee maps in the hooks dll.)
