Whoof. I didn't realize that skipping rope took abdominal muscles until I tried it with situps immediately afterward.

I actually sort of got the crescent-kick inside-outside spin combo to work. Then I tweaked a muscle and there would be no more crescent kicks with the left leg for the night (and the drop stance in monkey form was iffy).

Advancing in forward stance and punching with the rear-side arm, something about this feels very odd to me and keeps tripping me up. The twisted(?) horse untwist to back-knuckle, that was fun.
