It looks familiar - do you have any other information about it? For instance:
plant, shrub or tree?
leaf color, size and arrangement (e.g. single, paired, alternating)?

I think I found it, actually. Looks a lot like some varieties of Ranunculaceae anemone. I found this picture which looks the same (aside from color - this flower has a lot of color variation).
