Around 11pm it was heavily snowing big fluffy flakes. The back deck had about an inch.

Now it's little pellety snow.

I like the lampost picture the best.
As is my usual way, I woke up to pee around 1:30am (and remind jope to step away from the computer and come to bed) and I looked out the window and it was pouring snow! Yay! This morning the snow clouds are still above our house with occasionally breaks in them with bright sunlight reflecting off the snow that fell last night. Aaaah :)

Scuttlebutt is there might have been an aurora behind those snow-clouds. I guess we could hardly expect to see both at the same time.
