It doesn't have the magenta color??? But the skin color on the hand looks realistic? What color does it have then? It's quite lovely just the way it is. I'm wondering if that's the plant in my neighbor's yard that I like so much. The blooms look just like poppies but the plant itself is a big bush as opposed to many individual stems like poppies.

The deeper color on the left is okay. The bright parts are off -- if you look at the red plane of the image, you can actually see whole regions maxed out at 255. So the bright parts got too much blue.

This angle doesn't show, but the flower is flat, in a rather un-poppy-like way.

I'd say it is that color, but so much deeper that it doesn't look fuchsia any more. It's interesting the way the petals look more papery in the photo, too.

Yeah, the light raking the petals is full sunset, futzes with the texture.

i've noticed my camera has trouble with really vibrant reds and blues-that-contain-lotsa-red. like the lobelia i have out front; i have to underexpose and process the hell out of to get it to look remotely realistic.
