coriander is cilantro seed-pairs

The cilantro seedlings are all coming up in pairs. I thinned one pair -- both their heads in one seed-case. That is, the seed is not a seed, it's two seeds inside one dry fruit. Washed and ate them: mm, cilantro sprouts.
