who has a walnut tree?

Seeking green walnuts, to make pickled walnuts, and nocino. Will offer pickled walnuts, and nocino, in exchange for green walnuts. Will offer pw&n to matchmakers who find walnut trees, too.

There's a walnut tree on my way home from work (east side of 40th Ave. between 57th & 58th); the owners appear to be leaving the nuts for the squirrels. I've been picking up the odd walnut from the sidewalk lately - they may be too ripe for your purposes (they definitely have well-developed shells) but there's always next year.

Cool! Thank you. (Looks like this tree?)

It sounds like I should start thinking about picking them in June next year.
