For me it's that I can't get close enough to an ordinary sensible chipmunk, but the Rainier ones are corrupt. I also had a marmot on top of a boulder gazing into the distance like Bono, but it was a ho-hum photo. Maybe if I'd gotten the kids standing around pointing at it into it.
