georgesbataille's wonderful moon-arc has been making the rounds because it's so wonderful:




(We had a murky brooding shaved-from-full moon, but I was still looking at the sunset. The clouds pulled off the sun as it set; they passed overhead like a lionfish, in light from behind the hills.)
