Apr. 4th, 2010 12:57 pmHow does one cook knotweed shoots such that they don't turn out oozily slimy? I did accidentally toast some down to browned sour crackers, but I don't think that's the key insight.
I snipped these by the verge of the Montlake playfield, and saw some already-snipped stumps where someone else had been at it. Maybe if I leave that person a recipe question in a bottle?
